Bharti Khurana Receives RSNA 2019 Honored Educators Award

Khurana serves as the director of Emergency Musculoskeletal Radiology and is a three-time recipient of this prestigious award (2014, 2018, 2019). She is passionate about trauma imaging, providing meaningful imaging interpretations by radiologists and developing machine learning algorithms for injury detection. She believes in harnessing the power of artificial intelligence for radiologists to move beyond clinical diagnosis, collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams, improve overall health outcomes and be an agent of social change.
